WILDOMAR - This morning, investigators from the Riverside Sheriff's Department's Lake Elsinore Station located and arrested Malo "Victor" Montiero, 45 of Colton, on suspicion of numerous felony charges related to sexual assault on juveniles.

According to Wildomar Police, they received a report of lewd acts that had allegedly been committed by a local youth pastor in June, and during an extensive investigation, they determined several victims had been sexually assaulted when they were juveniles between 1999 and 2017.

Montiero was arrested Friday morning without incident and was booked at Cois Byrd Detention Center.
