The recent exposure of former Associate Deputy Attorney General Bruce Ohr's communications with Christopher Steele reveals a degree of subversion against our constitutional Republic that we have not seen since the Civil War. Our entire government is so thoroughly compromised that it is now in the hands of one man, Attorney General William Barr, to save what our Founders created.

Hyperbole? I think not. The records recently released by Judicial Watch relate to the efforts by this very corrupt individual, Mr. Ohr, to undermine the collective determination of the American people as to who would lead our country, as expressed in that most sacred expression of our national will – the election of our President.

At the same time that Mr. Ohr's wife, Nellie, was working as a paid operative for Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign through her employer, Fusion GPS, Mr. Ohr himself was working hand-in-glove with a paid British agent, Christopher Steele, to inject fabricated "intelligence" alleging Donald Trump was an agent of the Russian government into our national security establishment. And he succeeded.

Mr. Ohr, who the emails show was a dear friend of Mr. Steele, was using his position as the fourth highest-ranking Justice Department official to create a falsely predicated (I.e., based) counterintelligence investigation against the Republican candidate for the presidency of the United States. And he did this with the witting collaboration of dozens of other top-ranking DOJ, FBI, CIA, NSA, NSC and State Department officials, in addition to various operatives of Mrs. Clinton, as well as other foreign agents.

Every American should take the time to read the 330-odd pages of emails, text messages and handwritten notes of conversations between Mr. Ohr and Mr. Steele to understand the level of real illicit “collusion” occurring between a top official of the US government and a foreign agent to subvert our Republic. It wasn’t Mr. Trump with any Russians. It was Hillary’s minion, Mr. Ohr, with a Brit. In one passage, Mr. Steele suggests that Mr. Ohr meet him at his hotel in Washington on September 16, 2016, less than two months before the presidential election, so they could “coordinate diaries” about their plot against the Trump campaign. Francesco Cali, the reputed boss of the Gambino crime family, was fatally shot outside his home on Staten Island on Wednesday night, a senior police official said.

Democratic lawmakers have introduced a bill to make "attacking" or "attempting to attack" a journalist a federal crime.

Three Democratic lawmakers reintroduced a Journalist Protection Act that intends to designate "certain attacks on those reporting the news" as a federal crime.

The bill was introduced by Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.), Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.) and Sen. Bob Menendez (D-N.J.).

[…] "The Journalist Protection Act makes it a federal crime to intentionally cause bodily injury to a journalist affecting interstate or foreign commerce in the course of reporting or in a manner designed to intimidate him or her from newsgathering for a media organization," reads the Tuesday press release. "It represents a clear statement that assaults against people engaged in reporting is unacceptable, and helps ensure law enforcement is able to punish those who interfere with newsgathering."

The lawmakers said they were introducing the bill as a response to President Trump's "climate of extreme hostility" toward the media.

In effect, this is the same process as making it a federal "hate crime" to attack a journo.

One person was killed and another was injured in a fiery crash after two small planes collided at the Compton/Woodley Airport in Compton Wednesday night, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department said.
