So we want to return to the rule of law, based upon the constitution. The constitution only specifically grants powers to the federal government. Anything not specifically granted to the federal government is not for it's prerogative.

of his parents, etc. As for the Bride, Sue Barlach was named, and her address

at the time was in Bayonne, NJ, where it indicated that she was also born.

Her Occupation was also Student, and both her parents, including her father

Bernard Barlach and her mother Ruth Feldman, were noted to be from Poland.

Another document which has come to light, the Marriage Certificate, shows that

on June 21, 1959, Rabbi Joshua J. Eisenstein in the county of Kings, in the

State of New York, at 2 PM at 673 Broadway, and in the county of New York,

performed the rites of matrimony between Alan M. Dershowitz and Sue Barlach in

the presence of witnesses William Haber and Anatole Tennenbaum, along with

their signatures. It's all a matter of public record.

Further proof of Sue Barlach's existence and status as the first wife of Alan

Dershowitz can be found in the Who's Who book dated 1972. In this 1972

publication, it was published that "Alan Morton Dershowitz" was "m. (married)

to Sue Barlach, June 21, 1959; children - Elon Marc, Jamin Seth."

However, in the 1976 issue of Who's Who, there is no mention of his marriage

or his wife at the time, but there is mention of his two children.

According to an anonymous source, Alan Dershowitz divorced Sue Barlach in 1975. It can then be logically surmised that Sue Barlach made her tragic exit

from this world somewhere between 1975 and 1976.

Heavy Damage After Midwest Storms Sweep Through 500 Miles in 10 Hours

A powerful derecho storm moved through the Upper Midwest on Friday night, gathering up 73 damaging wind reports, according to the National Weather Service, and the same area remained under threat of more severe weather Saturday.

More than 100 damaging wind reports have already come in. The threat of large hail and isolated tornadoes will continue Saturday for northern Iowa, southern Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Michigan.

The National Weather Service defines Derechos as “widespread, long-lived wind storms associated with a band of rapidly moving showers or thunderstorms.” Wind damage swaths that extend more than 240 miles and contain wind gusts of at least 58 mph or greater along most of the length classify these wind events as Derechos.

Friday night’s storm also resulted in more than 200,000 power outages across Wisconsin and Michigan as damaging winds swept through nearly 500 miles in just 10 hours.

Images showing severe car windshield damage from large hail near Pine City, Minnesota, emerged on social media after the storm.

Multiple trees were toppled across eastern Wisconsin. An 84-mph wind gust was reported in Polk County, Wisconsin.

In Jenison, Michigan, a trampoline was tossed onto a power line.

No fatalities or injuries were reported with Friday night’s event.

The term “derecho” is Spanish for straight and is used because these events tend to cause straight-line wind damage. It was defined by scientist Gustavus Hinrichs in his paper in the American Meteorological Journal in 1888.

Derechos are known to cause multiple types of damage. They can bring winds of hurricane strength—at least 74 mph—as well as heavy rainfall that can trigger flash flooding in some locations.

Hot and humid weather conditions that result from a heatwave over the Lower 48 create a perfect atmosphere for these events. The most favorable area for this type of storm to develop is on the edge of a strong area of high pressure where the greatest overlap of hot and dry conditions and stronger winds aloft occur. San Francisco's Hidden Homeless

We came across a news story in the Los Angeles Times about San Francisco's 2019 Point-In-Time count of its homeless population that caught our attention because it indicated that the total number of homeless counted in San Francisco in January 2019 wasn't 8,011 as previously reported, but 9,784 after more accurately accounting for the "hidden homeless". Here's an excerpt:

Over the last several months, cities and counties across California have been releasing homeless counts. The results have been grim.

San Francisco was no exception. In May, the city released data that showed homelessness had jumped 17%. That was bad enough. Last week, a more complete accounting, known as a point-in-time count, showed the problem was even worse.

The count revealed that homelessness in a city that’s become a caricature of wealth inequality in the U.S. had actually increased by about 30% from 2017, when the last count took place.

The new numbers use a broader definition of what’s considered to be homeless that goes beyond what’s mandated by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. They include homeless people in jails, hospitals and residential treatment facilities.

Partly what stands out in this story is its bad reporting, because the figure behind the 17% increase in San Francisco's homeless count that was reported in May 2019 and the figure behind the 30% increase reported last week were both the result of the city's 2019 Point-In-Time Count of its homeless population. The difference between the two figures is who they include in their totals, where the claim that the later reported figure was the result of "a more complete accounting, known as a point-in-time count" is highly misleading.

The count of 8,011 homeless is based on a standardized definition of who should be counted as homeless that is set by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, which may be compared with data reported in other regions and for the same region in previous years, which makes the data valid for tracking trends across space and time. The higher count of 9,784 reflects the results of what we believe is a reasonable expanded definition of who should be counted as being homeless that is useful for better quantifying the true size of the city's homeless population, which is specifically useful for directing how public officials and private relief organizations might use their limited resources to address problems related to the region's full homeless population.

We can show how both these aspects matter by getting into the city's actual report, rather of relying upon the LA Times account of it, where we started with the question: how many of San Francisco's residents are homeless and how many are not?

The answers to these questions are shown in the following chart, which also confirms that 1.1% of San Francisco's estimated population of 883,305 (as of July 2018) was counted as being homeless in January 2019-see cap#2

The expanded definition of San Francisco's homeless population includes 472 who were in jail during the period of the January 2019 Point-In-Time count, so we decided to focus on this subset of the city's homeless population, where we wondered what percent of the city's imprisoned population they made up.

While San Francisco's four jails have a total capacity of 1,531 inmates, they hold an average of 1,330 inmates on any given day. Using that latter figure, the homeless would account for about 35% of the city's average daily inmate population-see cap#3

At this point, it would be nice to know if there is a changing trend with respect to the number of homeless San Franciscans being incarcerated in the city's jails. The city's report indicates that some 299 homeless people were incarcerated in the city's jails back in January 2017, however the 2019 report also indicates that the homeless count survey's methodology significantly changed between 2017 and 2019. As such, rather than comparing apples-to-apples, the 2017 and 2019 data for the city's jailed homeless represent more of an apples-to-oranges comparison, where the two figures cannot be used to establish if any trend exists. Standard definitions matter for this reason.

One thing stands out to us in this data is the apparent rate of incarceration for San Francisco's homeless population. While 4.8% (about 1 in 20) of the city's homeless were residing in the city's jails in late January 2019, that's a relatively huge fraction of the base population compared to the incarcerated share of 0.1% for the city's non-homeless population.

I've had plenty of nights where I wake up at 3-4 AM and I can't fall back asleep and in that fogged up mind, in between awake and sleep you can feel like a subconscious darkness in the room as if watching or just an awareness to it I don't know… Not easy. I think there is the potential for some sort of code to exist with relation to post dates and times.

I don't think the proverbial clock-fags have stumbled on the right way to use it, however. I also do not think it is complete, and therefore, depending upon how it is structured, would not be solvable.

There is also the case of "everything has meaning" yet "learn to distinguish relevant from irrelevant."
