GOP Senate Candidate Censored TWICE for Tweets on Mass Migration Calls for Jailing of Jack Dorsey
Delaware Republican senate candidate Lauren Witzke has been locked out of her Twitter account for a second time in a week, after posting a tweet about the Paris terrorist attack that was critical of immigration.
The candidate is now calling for Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey and other big tech leaders to be jailed for violating the First Amendment rights of American citizens.
Witzke was locked out of her account last week for a tweet about the impact of mass migration into Europe.
The latest censorship came after Witzke shared a tweet that included a photo of a teacher’s severed head that was posted to Twitter by a man who claimed to have been the terrorist behind the attack. She commented “Mass third world immigration: The gift that keeps on giving!” along with the screenshot.
Twitter claimed that showing the result of mass migration violated their rules against “posting media depicting gratuitous gore.”
In response, Witzke told TGP that “Jack Dorsey and his ilk are authoritarian thugs who have more power than the worst dictators in history.” She stated that jail time should not be off the table for big tech leaders who are abridging the First Amendment rights of Americans.
“For too long, we’ve given Silicon Valley oligarchs a pass. They may not seem like strongmen or tyrants in a traditional sense, but Jack Dorsey and his ilk are authoritarian thugs who have more power than the worst dictators in history. In an era where most Americans get their information from social media, they control that flow of information and use it to help their far-left allies in the Democrat Party,” Witzke told the Gateway Pundit. “It’s time for the GOP to stop talking and take action against these social media monopolies who are abridging the First Amendment rights of Americans. Criminal liability resulting in jail time for Jack Dorsey and other Big Tech thugs who are interfering in our elections should not be off the table.”
In the tweet she was suspended for last week, Witzke had said, “Let’s be clear, mass migration absolutely destroyed Europe. Italy, France, Sweden and Germany took in tons of migrants who never assimilated. Rapes, murders, and other heinous crimes abound. I will end ALL immigration into the US for ten years.”

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff, who has played a leading role in investigating the Trump-Ukraine scandal, is facing questions about his own connection to a Soviet-born businessman who has raised money for his campaign and whose company has received lucrative defense contracts from Ukraine's government.
That man is Igor Pasternak, the founder and CEO of Worldwide Aeros Corp., which makes blimps for military and commercial customers. His business has also been involved in weapons manufacturing, working with the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense to produce a modified version of the M4 and M16 rifles, according to reports.
In 2013, Pasternak hosted a fundraiser in Washington for Schiff, who later came to embrace a strong stance in support of the United States sending military aid to Ukraine during its conflict with Russia.
“Before this time, Schiff rarely, if ever, mentioned Ukraine,” Fox News’ Laura Ingraham said on her show Thursday night, after detailing Schiff’s connection to Pasternak. “But after the fundraiser, he used multiple television appearances to basically demand that we send money and arms to them.”

Last November, the U.S. Department of Justice charged two former Twitter employees with acting as unregistered agents of Saudi Arabia.
Twitter purports "to power positive global change by fostering respectful conversations, creating deeper human connections and encouraging diverse interactions among individuals." But the company acts without transparency, explanation or accountability in far too many cases.
For better and worse, social media platforms have become our public squares. We cannot allow them to continue to behave as private kingdoms.
My name is Ali and I am a Saudi dissident.
Twenty-two years ago, the United States granted me political asylum. When my activism on behalf of women's rights, freedom of expression, and the right to dissent made it impossible for me to return to Saudi Arabia, America the land of the free took me in. Earlier this year, I became an American citizen.
But for the past two years, unbelievably, I've been fighting for my rights not in Saudi Arabia, but here in the United States. In May 2018, Twitter inexplicably closed my Arabic-language account, which had over 36,000 followers.
Twitter's actions are a matter of life and death for dissidents inside Saudi Arabia whose communications have been compromised by Twitter or its employees. The company must be held accountable for its actions.
Since Twitter banned my Arabic-language account, the Saudi government has arrested or disappeared people in the Kingdom who either followed me or contacted me via direct message on Twitter. While there is no way to know the exact number of those tortured, killed, or imprisoned by the Saudi regime, I know of dozens with whom I was in direct contact. I feel responsible.
Twitter has yet to explain why they closed the account and hasn't allowed me access to my account ever since. The company has refused to shed any light on the circumstances of my ban or whether the Saudis used information and messages connected to the account to crack down on fellow dissidents.

E&Y also said it had roles in uncovering the fraud at two companies. The company has advocated for auditors to play a larger role in detecting fraud at companies, which would shift the onus on an industry that has been quick to back away at that responsibility for years.
E&Y has had "ties with executive and board members" at some of the troubled companies - including former E&Y partners sitting on companies' boards and audit committees.
The firm charges lower fees for audits than other big four firms, allowing them to take on more work. They also focus on younger, quick moving companies. For example, they prepared the audits for Google and Facebook, among others. It has a history of trying to attract companies that are looking to go public.

Mark Zuckerberg told Facebook engineers to tweak its algorithm to throttle traffic to certain news websites, according to report
Facebook altered its algorithm to prevent articles from certain news websites from appearing on its newsfeed, a new report states.
According to the Wall Street Journal, CEO Mark Zuckerberg approved the changes that would result in the websites receiving a cut in traffic and views three years ago.
The move came after the social media giant originally announced in 2017 that it would be rejigging its newsfeed to minimize the presence of political news and focus instead on posts from friends and family.
That decision was made in the wake of the 2016 election when Facebook had been accused of allowing sharing and posting of misinformation on its platform that affected voters.
Yet, according to the WSJ, executives at Facebook were concerned that these algorithm changes would have more of an effect on right-wing publications, such as the Daily Wire, then those on the left.
As a result, Zuckerberg approved engineers altering the algorithm once more, to redesign their intended changes so that left-leaning sites were more affected in the policy change than had originally been planned.
Those affected, the WSJ states, included the site Mother Jones, among others.
Zuckerberg has a personal relationship with Daily Wire co-founder Ben Shapiro, they add, although they could not be described as friends.
'We did not make changes with the intent of impacting individual publishers,' a Facebook spokesman said.
Another policy change just last August also angered progressive sites who claim that Zuckerberg is less accommodating to their agenda.
The WSJ reports that Zuckerberg believed a new progressive news network, Courier Newsroom, which is part-owned by a left-leaning nonprofit with close ties to Democratic donors, was not a real news source because of its political ties.
The discussion around the legitimacy of Courier Newsroom as a news source lead to the decision in the summer to limit the reach of partisan-backed sites on Facebook.
This involved blocking their pages from inclusion in Facebook News, restricting their access to the Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp platforms and curtailing their advertising.
Acronym, the backer behind Courier Newsroom, claimed that this decision favored conservative sites.
The company has also come under fire from progressives over the decision not to remove posts deemed as false from President Trump.

Navy fires Fitzgerald XO
The executive officer of the guided-missile destroyer Fitzgerald was relieved late last month.
Cmdr. Chris Kennedy was relieved on Sept. 29 “due to a loss of confidence in her ability to serve as executive officer,” Cmdr. Nicole Schwegman, a Naval Surface Forces spokeswoman, said in an emailed statement.
The relief was not based on any investigation and was a matter of commanders losing confidence “in her abilities due to a review of her performance,” Schwegman said.
Kennedy became the Fitz’s XO in December, while the ship was still in a Mississippi shipyard undergoing massive repairs after a 2017 at-sea collision that killed seven sailors on board.
Fitzgerald has since arrived at its new home port in San Diego.
Schwegman said Kennedy declined to comment Friday.
Kennedy’s removal was not publicized due to a policy change that went into effect last year for reasons that remain unclear.

“Veteran radio and television broadcaster Alan Jones is suing public broadcaster SBS for defamation over a television segment which he claims “greatly injured” his reputation by wrongly portraying him as a racist, a misogynist and a liar.” But they left the paedophile allegation right until the end of the article and gave no explanation what it was about although other media did.
The Guardian reported on Friday (16/10/20):
One of the alleged imputations was that “Mr Jones was a paedophile in that he had written a love letter to a schoolboy” and another that “he was a hypocrite, in that although being a broadcaster he had sued for defamation countless times”.
