During his effort Gugino was attempting to capture the radio communications signature of Buffalo police officers. CTH noted what he was attempting on Thursday night as soon as the now viral video was being used by media to sell a police brutality narrative. [Thread Here] Today, a more clear video has emerged that shows exactly what he was attempting.
In this slow motion video, you will see Gugino using a phone as a capture scanner. You might have heard the term “skimming”; it’s essentially the same. Watch him use his right hand to first scan the mic of officer one (top left of chest). Then Gugino moves his hand to the communications belt of the second officer.
The capture of communications signals [explained in detail here] is a method of police tracking used by Antifa to monitor the location of police. In some cases the more high tech capture software can even decipher communication encryption allowing the professional agitators to block (black-out), jam, or interfere with police communication.
Unfortunately in the modern era the professional agitators have become very sophisticated and use technology to help create chaos. Their activity is highly coordinated, and as James O’Keefe has revealed in his undercover operations these professionals even stage events to manipulate public opinion.

A public school rowing coach has been jailed for six years after posing as a teenage girl to trick dozens of boys into sending him nude pictures of themselves.
Andrew Cook, 30, was jailed at Guildford Crown Court on Friday after admitting 37 sexual offences against pupils aged 13 to 17.
He also pleaded guilty to possessing 53 indecent images of children after exchanging pictures when he posed as a 16-year-old called Anne Jones. Cook, who worked at Hampton School, in south-west London, targeted his victims over a period of nine years.
Surrey Police's Paedophile Online Investigation Team began their probe in April 2018 after being alerted by the school.
A spokesperson for £20,000-a-year Hampton School said: “We have been deeply saddened by this matter, which runs completely counter to the values of our School.
"The welfare of our pupils is always our highest priority. As soon as we became aware of concerns in spring term 2018, we immediately informed all relevant authorities.
"Mr Cook was suspended from the School and subsequently dismissed with immediate effect following an internal disciplinary investigation. "Since then we have worked closely with Surrey Police and partner agencies to assist with their ongoing inquiries and provide all possible support, both to them and to the victims.
"We are grateful to all those who have helped bring this matter to justice, not least of course those whose courage in coming forward provided invaluable assistance to the investigation.
"We express our deep regret to those affected and offer our continued support.”
Cook has been placed on the sex offenders register and been banned from working with children for life.
He also pleaded not guilty to charges relating to three more boys, which will not be tried and will instead lie on file.

Sloping, round-humped Raven Rock Mountain sprouts a thicket of antennae, satellite dishes, and a microwave tower. From state Route 16, the main road that passes the mountain, two oversize metal doors in the hillside are visible through the heavy foliage giving it that Fortress of Solitude touch. The mountain also has a helipad. "But deep inside the hard greenstone granite mountain is a secret world of five buildings, each three stories tall, computer-filled caverns, and a subterranean water reservoir,"
Within hours of the Sept. 11 attacks, five helicopters landed on the helipad, a convoy of sport utility vehicles with black-tinted windows arrived at the main entrance, and tan buses "began laboring up the steep, two-lane road to the heavily guarded, unmarked service entrance. Among those early to arrive was Deputy Secretary of Defense Paul Wolfowitz."
The unmarked back entrance is a twisting lane off Harbaugh Valley Road. To the unknowing, the chain-link fence with a double-wide coil of razor wire might be a tip-off, as would the guardhouse and a big red "warning" sign.
Confirmation came in the form of a station wagon with a US Postal Service sticker; the carrier drove up the road, delivering mail to the half-dozen houses outside the gate. He acknowledged that this was one of the "four or five" entrances to Site R.
"We don't deliver their mail," he explained. Asked whether Site R had its own service, he smiled: "I would say so."
"Best security in the world. Better than living in the White House," he said. "I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.
"But they don't like visitors," his wife added.
"You're on camera right now," Bowman said.
The main entrance is a short distance up Harbaugh Valley Road, past a cemetery on the right as you leave Route 16.
This looked more official. Concrete dividers impeded direct passage to the main gate. A large brown sign read: "Raven Rock Mountain Complex. Site R. Secured by the Raven Rock Military Police Company." Another sign warned that the area was restricted and so designated by the secretary of defense.
There was no cellphone service. In fact, a phone seemed to turn itself off.
One of the heavily armed soldiers allowed a reporter to approach and identify himself. When an outside phone failed to work, the reporter was invited into the guardhouse to use the house phone.
"There are so many people who haven't seen this stuff," the soldier said. "And this really opened their eyes."
Given the surroundings, the conversation seemed unusual. The guards were getting a little antsy, so the reporter decided to return to his car. The guards promised to come and get him if the contact called back.
About 10 minutes later, one of the soldiers approached to explain that the reporter had really seen more than the guards would have liked, and encouraged him not to describe any of the security measures or locations of cameras, things like that.
As extra encouragement, the guard mentioned possible fines and jail time for a breach of security. "Everything here is classified," he said sternly.
